Well my article, 11 Insanely Easy Ways To Reduce Your Auto Insurance Premiums by 40%, that I wrote a few days ago has turned out to be something of an unexpected success. So, as a thank you to everyone who made the post so popular I have decided to tell you about a contest were you can win a $1,500 gas gift card.

The contest itself is being run by The Consumer Beat and you must be a resident of either the United States or Canada to register. (Sorry to those of you living elsewhere). Entry is completely free, all you have to do is complete a 4 page survey about your consumer preferences.

However, in the interest of full disclosure this contest may not be for everyone. They do collect a fair bit of personal information which they may or may not sell (according to their privacy policy). If this bothers you may want to give the contest a miss.

On the other hand, a $1,500 gas gift card would go a long way towards reducing your car costs. Only you can decide if the trade off is worth it. As an added incentive (as if a $1,500 gas card was not enough) if more than 100 valid entries are received before Friday June 13th, 2008 (from this blog) I will also give out a $50 Amazon.com gift card to a lucky reader.
